At the Alton Bay Christian Retreat Center — a ministry of the Alton Bay Campmeeting Association — we seek dedicated individuals to join our team across all areas of service, including ministry, operations, maintenance, food service, housekeeping, and seasonal summer positions.

 

Applicants must be Christians in good standing, able to demonstrate an active and growing faith through regular church attendance and a reference letter from individuals who have personally witnessed their Christian character and service. We seek team members who reflect the heart and humility of a servant, honoring Christ in both work and attitude.
